Groupwork for Adult Victims

We offer FREE groupwork programmes for adult victims of domestic abuse.

All sessions are for 2 hours per week.

VOICE (Victims of Intimate Coercive Experience) programme for male or female victims of domestic abuse. (We run separate groups for men and women)
Domestic Abuse Toolkit for black and brown female victims of domestic abuse.
Your Power to Change NEW! for individuals that are displaying behaviours of a perpetrator

We also run You and me Mum and Who's in Charge? for parents.

Courses are all available virtually. We also have in person groups for VOICE running in selected locations.

Virtual Sessions:

We run virtual groupwork sessions during afternoons and evenings.

You will need a safe and confidential space to access this service.

All virtual sessions can be accessed from a mobile phone.

We will provide guidance on how to use Zoom before your first meeting if needed.
