What difference do your donations make?
Northamptonshire Domestic Abuse Service was established in 1976 and has been responding to and raising awareness of domestic abuse in Northamptonshire for over 45 years. In 2017, the service rebranded as “NDAS” to meet the changing landscape of domestic abuse service provision to offer support and advice to male victims as well as women.
NDAS supports victims and their children through provision of safe accommodation, outreach support, advice and group work; and run 9 refuges across the county, enabling them to respond specifically to clients with complex needs but also to deliver gender-specific services for any victim that needs support.
In 2022-23 NDAS:
Supported 121 families in refuge
Answered 2047 calls giving advice and support
Supported 357 clients in group sessions
Any donation you make goes directly to help us support families to recover from the impact of domestic abuse. For some, your support will be literally life-saving. Take a look at how your donations are spent.
Why we need your support
Our specialist services aren’t protected by government funding or anyone else. We rely wholly on the donations and generosity of the general public. A gift no matter how small, can make such a difference.
