As a practicing Barrister, Stuart has a fair amount of experience working on domestic violence matters in both a civil and criminal law capacity.  Currently his family legal work accounts for approximately 40% of his practice.  Coming from a criminal law background, where he focused on domestic violence prosecution work, he now specialises in domestic disputes in the family court with an emphasis on non-molestation, occupation orders and Children Act matters.
